10.06.24 Year 4 Rampion Centre

Year 4 visited the beach and Rampion Centre. First, we had a long walk across the seafront, stopping to explore statues, sculptures and important landmarks like the West Pier and Bandstand. The children took inspiration from these and showed their own creativity and designs in their activity booklets. After lunch, we learnt lots in the Rampion Centre. It was fascinating to learn just how the wind turbines work and just how big they are, even though they don't look it from far out at sea! The children enjoyed the interactive experience the Rampion centre offers - learning through videos, audios, interactive maps and globes etc.
